I had a productive business stay at Crowne Plaza. The meeting facilities were well-equipped, allowing me to conduct presentations smoothly. The staff was attentive and responsive, arranging any necessary equipment promptly. The breakfast provided a good selection, including freshly made pastries and juices, which helped kickstart my day. The location was convenient, with easy access to major highways, making my commute to client meetings efficient.

I had a lovely stay for 2 nights with my family, enjoying the clean and comfy double room and the fun indoor swimming pool. Both the hot tub and the fitness center were excellent spots to unwind after a busy day. The only thing was that the elevators could be a bit slow, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

i had a wonderful 3-night stay at the crowne plaza. the room was clean and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. breakfast was great with a good choice of food. the location was perfect—away from the crowd but still close to the highway, making it less than 50 minutes to manhattan. plus, the indoor pool was a lovely bonus!

The only downside was the low rod in the closet. it made hanging clothes difficult.

In my wife’s opinion, they should really improve cleanliness and housekeeping for families. It was a bit disappointing that our room wasn't cleaned well during our stay.
